Privacy notice

This notice covers this website, vodial.ai, run by Atrix Digital ("we"). It does not cover the VoDialer AI product that our customers use, where the customer decides which personal data is processed and we act on their instructions. That is covered by the agreement we sign with each customer.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you. If you use the email or WhatsApp links, we receive what you send.
• Technical logs. Our web server records the usual request details (time, page, your IP address, browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party trackers. If that changes, we will say so here first.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a demo. We do this because you asked us to, and with your consent for being contacted.
• To keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who sees it

Our team, and the providers that host the site and handle our email and messages. [List of providers and their locations: to be completed before launch.] We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for [period to be set by counsel] afterwards. Server logs are kept for [period to be set by counsel].

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, delete or stop using what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Write to hello@vodial.ai. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
