These terms cover your use of the website vodial.ai, run by Atrix Digital. Using the site means you accept them.
The website and the product
This site describes VoDialer AI. It is not an offer, and nothing here is a promise of a result. Use of the product is governed by the agreement we sign with each customer, which prevails over this page where they differ.
What we say, and what we do not
- We describe what the product does as accurately as we can. Some parts have been tested only on simulated phones and a stand-in AI. Our documentation lists exactly which.
- Nothing on this site is legal advice. Rules for calling, recording and consent differ by place and change over time. VoDialer enforces the rules a customer sets. It does not make a customer compliant, and customers should have their own counsel confirm their rules.
Using the site
- Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or probe it other than through our responsible disclosure route on the security page.
- Do not use the contact form to send anything unlawful or anyone else’s personal data.
Our content
The site, the VoDialer name and mark, and the screenshots belong to Atrix Digital. Screenshots show demo data only. You may link to the site. Please ask before reusing our material.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it. [Limitation wording and governing law: to be set by counsel.]
